Insurance requirements
General Liability Insurance.
Coordinator shall require from any Company a Comprehensive General Liability or Commercial General Liability insurance naming Owner and Coordinator, as additional insured and/or loss payee, 3 days prior to the Commencement Date, issued with an insurer with a Best’s rating of B+ or better, covering all operations by or on behalf of the Coordinator providing insurance for bodily injury liability and property damage liability for the limits of liability indicated below and including coverage for:
General Liability
One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) general aggregate,
One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) GL limit per occurrence
One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) products-completed operations aggregate,
One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) personal and advertising injury,
Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) fire legal liability,
Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) Medical payments per occurrence
Blanket additional insured’s – included
Waiver of subrogation – included
Automobile
One Million Dollars ($1,000,000) Hired & Non-owner Liability
Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000) Hired/Non-Owned Physical Damage
Production Package
Third Party Property Damage -- $500,000

Marketing Efforts
Coordinator shall use due diligence and exert its best efforts to procure a prospective Company acceptable to Owner during the term of this Agreement and shall at all times act and advise Owner in a manner which is in the best interest of Owner. Coordinator’s efforts shall include, but not be limited to, the following activities:

Prepare and distribute promotional material of the subject property, including posting pictures at

Phone calls to Location Managers, Producers and Production Companies;

Use of Facebook, Instagram, Linked-in and Twitter social media platforms to promote property;

Advertise in local, regional and national newspapers as may be appropriate, install appropriate signs on the Property, if applicable, show and otherwise promote the rental of the Property in a reasonable manner;

Submit the Property to, and work with, active Location Managers in an effort to maximize the exposure of the Property in the market place;
For marketing purposes, a Property ID code will be used as to ensure the privacy of Owner. Owner shall have the sole ownership rights to any photographs or promotional material specific to Property prepared by Coordinator or Coordinator’s agents under the terms of this Agreement.
