The Rose City Book Pub is extremely versatile for filming. It offers a large open space (1,200 sq ft) with movable furniture/shelving to look like a diner, coffee shop, restaurant, pub, nightclub, rave, library, and private study. There is a commercial kitchen (800 sq ft), full bar, book walls & racks, sky lights, 10' open joist ceiling, performance stage, reading nook, lounging sofa, tree canopy covered enclosed private exterior patio (900 sq ft), and vibrantly colored walls. Owner is very accommodating, there have been a couple of small projects filmed here recently. The front has a Bohemian style eye catching checker board tile facade with continuous clerestory windows providing tons of interior light. Space is very insulated from street noise and has terrific acoustics thanks to the sound absorbing books. This is a great spot for the wrap party, and they can also feed the crew.
